Account Registration & Security

Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials.

• Notifying kiss918app immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensuring your login credentials are not stored, shared, or accessible to any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend any Account where we reasonably suspect a security breach, unauthorised access, or fraudulent activity, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to Account funds may be temporarily restricted.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kiss918app are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

3. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per single bet is RM 500, unless a lower cap is specified in the promotion terms. Stakes exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports betting markets contribute at varying rates. Exact contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus Validity: Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses expire at the end of their stated validity period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to kiss918app.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and collusion between accounts.
• Charging back any deposit or initiating a fraudulent dispute with your bank or payment provider regarding any Platform transaction.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or acting as an agent for third-party betting.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.

KYC & Verification

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kiss918app makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of any game outcome or sporting result.

Account Suspension & Termination

kiss918app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Unauthorised access attempts or security breaches associated with the Account.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• Request by the User for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to the User's breach of this Agreement, any Account Balance comprising Bonus Funds, pending bonus winnings, and winnings derived from fraudulent activity shall be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following AML review.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kiss918app holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
